"Awesome Support from the Team!"
This is a wonderful company to work with. The folks are super nice to chat with whenever problems pop up. They handle everything quickly and efficiently. My floral scissors are gorgeous, and I really appreciate the sweet addition of a heart-shaped lollipop!

I highly suggest them and I'm excited to buy flowers from them again!

"Top-notch flowers!"
I've ordered blooms from LK Verdant (their sister company) before, and I've always been happy with my purchase. I can honestly say Flower Fix is just as great. The flowers are stunning and stayed fresh for about 2-3 weeks. Plus, there's a lovely selection on the site. Just like with LK Verdant, Flower Fix has earned my loyalty!

"My initial experience with this service..."
This was my first go at a service like this, and I gotta say, I was super duper impressed. The blooms were fresh, and the delivery was right on time. The packaging? Absolutely fantastic! I’d recommend it a hundred times over to anyone.

"Flowers showed up all squished"
They came in REALLY squished. A bunch of broken stems!! The flowers have been watered, but they still don’t resemble the picture at all. My mum is super let down with her birthday blooms. I gotta say, I’m really thankful that they got back to me right after I raised my issue and offered a full refund along with a voucher for next time. I think this was just a one-off problem with my first order. Fingers crossed that future orders will go without a hitch. But hey, the customer service was top-notch!

Since the sister company is a bit too far away, I jumped at the chance to get the letterbox flowers right away! I've shopped here before and I gotta say, the site is super user-friendly. The packaging is gorgeous; you can tell it’s top-notch. The person I sent it to adored the flowerfix. They showed up really fresh and stayed beautiful for a full two weeks. The baby's breath seems like it was just brought in a month ago ❤️
